2018 Aged to Reflection 2 is a delicious Texas dry red blend composed of Montepulciano, Aglianico, Tempranillo, Dolcetto, Sangiovese, Syrah, Petite Sirah & Malbec all from the Texas High Plains AVA.
In November 2020, it was awarded a Texas Class & Gold Medal at the 2021 Rodeo Uncorked International Wine Competition. This year’s event had 2,601 entries and involving 877 different brands from 18 countries. 89 judges handled the awarding of medals. 2,477 medals were given including 141 Double Gold and 403 Gold medals.
Spirit of Texas Winery is conveniently located in Early, TX, an easy day trip. The owners, Moira & Brian McCue wanted to start a new venture working together. In April of 2017 they opened the Spirit of Texas Winery.
Dry or Sweet, Red, White, Blush or Rosé, their handcrafted award-winning wines are made from 100% Texas grapes! The tasting room has a wonderful relaxing Texas charm. Built entirely from reclaimed/re-purposed materials found on the property. You’ll immediately feel welcomed when you enter.
