2019 Estrella Blanca is a very nice off-dry blend of Riesling and Viognier with just a hint of Roussanne. You’ll pick up citrus notes with a nice clean finish. This is an easy pairing wine. It goes well with fried, salty or spicy dishes due to its subtle sweetness.
