Much like a summer day in Texas, the heat in this offering starts off at about 80 degrees, then builds up to at least 100, before it cools back down. Slow heat is provided by fire roasting a combination of serrano, jalapeno, and habanero peppers, along with other fresh ingredients, Roma tomato, white onion, and garlic, to provide a hint of smoke and bring out the natural sugars so we do not have to add sugar, to offer an ever so slight sweet note that perfectly offsets the heat. The flavor forward, Roasted Tomato y Serrano Jalapeno Habanero has a heat of about 8.0 to 8.5 on a scale of 0 to 10.
