Hooser Custom Meats, located at 2408 Hamrock Road, Italy, Texas 76651 provides just that opportunity. Opened by James and Lisa Hooser, owners of J&L Farms, Hooser Custom Meats was formed as a way to provide the same product to the public that their family enjoys. 

James is a fourth generation farmer and rancher, who grew up in Frost, Texas and worked side by side with his parents Jimmy and Kay Hooser at Hooser Farms. To continue the farming legacy, in the 90’s James and Lisa started J&L Farms, which has grown to include a few thousand acres of crop and pasture land and several hundred head of cattle.
