Primos Coffee Co grows specialty arabica coffee high in the mountains of our family's farm in Nicaragua. Our coffee is grown under a canopy of shade, is harvested by hand and is exported directly to our roasting facility in Cove, Texas, where we roast to order in small batches. Our coffee has a rich sweetness and gentle profile that is low in acidity. It is a well-balanced, smooth coffee with pleasant fruit and cacao notes.
