Our brisket, turkey breast, ALL beef Bologna, and all other meats are smoked to perfection on our fully wood-fired rotisserie pit, infusing every bite with the rich, smoky flavor that defines Texas BBQ. We exclusively use Post Oak wood, ensuring an authentic taste that pays homage to our Texas roots.

Reds BBQ is an amazing smokehouse, but offers a few extra items.. U.S. Farm Raised Fried Catfish on Friday and Chicken Fried Steaks on Monday… Plus, HUGE 1/2 lb. Burgers everyday..
