Each Freshie is soaked in 100% Fragrance for a minimum of 24 hours.  It will arrive wet inside the sealed package.  Dab with a paper towel when open and hang in your favorite spot.  If it needs a refresh, seal in back in the bag for a day or two and it will come out smelling like new.  Or if you prefer spray it with the Freshie Refresher.
